Investment Update for April 2015
So for the Month of April, lots of things happen
and also i did a very bold move or touching
some untouchable fund, as i felt since i have
the cash, shouldn't let it to rot. Using money
to roll some more money sound a better idea.
I pumped in $4150 in and i get SPH stocks
And also i added in UMS holdings, Another
stock that giving high yield. it may have some
issue with their biggest purchaser but i guess
its worth the risk. and also i just buy 1 lot of
it so not as bad.
Dividend and some cash been flowing in for
this month. Dividend collected was the
highest for this month. Awesome~

So As for the Dividend for April 2015, i have
collected $75 and its was only provided by
Global Investment Limit
Its was a great collection of dividend and
happen to be the highest i ever get for dividend
Thumbs up!
And for others non stock related cash that i earn
total of $290 are from:
- SCB new credit card cashback
- DBS everyday card Cashback
So for the month of April i earned $365 from both
dividend and other non stock related cash. i am
very glad all the amount can be reinvest to my stock
to generate even more money.
As for my stock are getting more market value, i am
really glad with my decision on selecting this few
stock to be my investment stocks. it have grow
around $250. But ofcos there stock that didn't
perform well, and its the only stock that i much
regretted invested in.
That's Sabana REIT, the price have drop a fair bit.
the dividend that i collected is not even enough
to cover for the drop. i brough at 0.925 and now
its already fall to 0.865. OUCH~~ i hopefully
the management of sabana REIT to do something
on their business and thus to generate more healthy
Income.
I have updated mu portfolio at the left bar, and
also i have add a new pie chart in. So i will know
how much % is my stocks are.

Alright that's all for investment update of April.
i am half way to my dividend target. With extra
cash of $4150 i far believe my dividend can hit
twice as my target. Which is $800. So i will set
a higher Target to hit at $800. Rather that the
initiate $400.
I am 26.5% to $800. expecting a good collection
of dividend too in May. Huat ar~~ Will be eyeing
on Lippo REIT and Viva REIT, and buy when
there a opportunity strike. Cheers
